Chef's Story

This BBQ sauce recipe has been with me for over 20 years, ever since my days as a chef in the 90s. I embarked on a culinary journey by completing my red seal apprenticeship at the Coquitlam Convention Centre to become a French-trained chef. After attaining my red seal ticket, I ventured into various renowned kitchens across Vancouver; however, after eight years, the industry still needed to offer the growth I sought.
